What is your survival kit, when it comes to the doomsday?

Anyone can give me example, what should I provide inside my safety survival-kit box to prepared for the coming of disasters, such as
1. Earthquake
2.Fire
3.Terrorist attack
4.Storm
5.Tsunami
6.Flood
7.Crazy zombies/ starving people
ect

A box which contains every needs for survive in a week!!

-A supply of food and water (canned food lasts longer).
-Torch and several batteries (I recommend one which you can generate energy without batteries).
-First Aid kit.
-A radio, or something to keep in contact with what’s going on.
-A survival knife (Swiss Army knives are handy).
-Vitamin pills are also good to have.
-Sleeping bag (something to sleep on and to cover up from the cold).
-Spare clothes (just 1 pair for light packing, and good sturdy boots are also good).
-Matches/flint/lighter (for heat).

Now in the rare occasion of a terrorist attack or zombie attack:
-A knife (as I said before Swiss Army knives are great, but a simple kitchen knife or butcher knife will do also).
-A gun (shotgun recommended), and ammo.

Does anyone know where to find/how to make an emergency kit like Jennifer Lopez wore in The Wedding Planner?

I am a wedding planner and I am trying to figure out the best way to carry my emergency kit items. I want something less conspicuous than a tote or something to that effect. HELP!

Just a get a makeup tool belt and make your own.

Where can I find emergency food kit to buy online?

I need help finding a website that sells Emergency Preparedness food stuff that can take of about 4 people for a year? and something that’s not too expensive.

A year’s supply can be too expensive to buy all at once. By taking advantage of sales and closeouts you can build a kit for a month supply in a week, You can also get MRE’s at most of the military surplus stores. We keep a two week supply on hand because we live in a Hurricane Zone. They can also be used for those who live in heavy snow zones as well.

Are you allowed to recieve unemployment and live in a emergency shelter at the same time?

I have a friend who’s about to get evicted and just started getting unemployment but doesn’t have enough money to live anywhere yet…can he stay at a temporary shelter and save up until he can find a place again??? or are you not allowed to have any income when you live in a shelter..

Shelters allow people who have some income to stay there. That’s how people are able to leave eventually.

Stores refuse to sell me an earthquake strap for my water heater, will a nylon ratchet strap work?

I don’t live in an earthquake zone, and no store around here sells earthquake straps and all stores refuse to order me one, and I can’t find one online.
I wanta be prepared if there is an earthquake cause of the predictions of the intercontenantial and magnetic drift coming in 2012.
